We aim to describe parts, prices and availability accurately. Errors may occur; if a listing or price is wrong we will contact you before fulfilling the order and you may cancel for a full refund. Prices are in US dollars.

An order is accepted when we confirm it. Payment is authorized at checkout through our payment provider. Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges are shown before you pay.

Delivery estimates are provided at the time of order and are not guaranteed. Tracking is provided when available. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will help resolve lost or damaged shipments.

You are responsible for confirming that a part is compatible with your vehicle. We recommend providing your VIN so we can help verify fitment. Parts should be installed by a qualified technician where appropriate.

Where used parts are sold, their condition is described in the listing. Used parts may show normal wear consistent with their age and mileage.

Returns, refunds, cancellations and warranty claims are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Improper installation of automotive parts can cause damage or injury. Follow manufacturer instructions and use qualified installers. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, Fine Motor Auto Parts LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the part. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
